If you are trying to live off grid you are probably looking into residential wind power. You may have thought it was out of reach due to the cost of a wind power generator. This is no longer an issue. You can now build a wind power generator yourself for under $200.

Whether you are professional builder or your average weekend warrior you can do it yourself. This step by step guide will walk you through everything you need to know to build wind power generator to create residential wind power. This blueprint for a residential wind turbine will show you everything you need to know, from where to get the parts (which are easy to find), and how to put them together to make a wind turbine as professional as one you could purchase. You can do all of this for less than $200 dollars and a weekend or two of your time.

Do you think it’s possible to create residential wind power? Do you think it’s possible to do in an affordable manner? The answer to the first question may be yes, but most times the answer to the second is no. If you have done any research on creating residential wind power you know the prefabricated wind turbine can cost a couple thousand dollars, which is usually out of reach of the average American.

Now you can build you own wind power generator, and you can do it for less than $200. I found this guide that will show you step by step directions how to build a wind power generator to create your own residential wind power. It will show you how to find all the parts you need to create a professional quality wind turbine for your home.

If you’ve looked into buying a wind power generator you know it can cost quite a bit. Have you thought about how to build wind power generator for your home? If not, let me tell you, it can be done quite easily and for less than $200.

If you have been looking into building a wind power generator you may think it is impossible and the only option is to just purchase an expensive pre made windmill. That is NOT the case. In fact, I have found a guide that provides step by step instructions on how to build wind power generator, that the average person can understand and build easily over a couple of weekends.

Yep, it’s true. The parts involved in building these wind generators are easily found, both at the local hardware store as well as online. So if you live in a windy area, like I do, wind power may be the answer to lowering your electric bill, and learning how to live off grid.

This guide actually showed me a little known secret that allowed me to build wind power generator for less than $100! The wind generators created following this step by step guide look like professionally built, premade wind turbines. No slapped together wackadoo wind generators, you will be proud to have these on your property.

Speaking of, if you enjoy camping, and use an RV you can easily build a wind power generator for your RV. The instructions are included. This wind generator can easily power all the appliances in your RV or mobile home. You no longer need acres and acres to have a working wind power generator.

Wind may not always be the best way to create renewable energy, depending where you live and the average wind speed, but it is a great way to create extra energy. If you are trying to create enough renewable energy to go off grid you can also build your own home solar energy system. The step by step instructions for the solar energy sytsem is included. You can build an entire home renewable energy system to lower your electric bill or even start selling your own generated energy back to the electric company. It is doable, you can do it, just get the step by step guide and take action!

I have been looking for a way to reduce my electric bill lately. Over the past couple of years it has gone higher and higher. Between my propane and electric bills I am paying more then my mortgage! It’s ridiculous. I started looking into ways I could reduce the electric bill by producing my own power. My end goal is to live off grid.

Since completely going off grid right now is not financially feasible, I have been making small changes to move in that direction. We’ve started looking into how to make residential solar panels, as well as learning how to store some of the energy we generate through solar energy.

We have also looked into buying a wind turbine. We live in Kansas and the wind whips through here like nobody’s business. A wind turbine would be perfect for us. In fact, there are quite a few wind farms going up around Kansas. To purchase a large completed wind power generator is quite expensive. I have recently found some resources that will show us how to make a wind generator.

It turns out it is not as difficult as I thought it would be, and making your own wind power generator is much cheaper than buying one premade. You also have a little more choice in the size you want to create when you do it yourself, which allows you to make one that will fit the space you have available.

Often times you will find that wind power alone is not enough to fully power your house, however, it is a very nice supplemental energy source. So if you have times when your solar panels are not making quite enough power you can supplement energy from your wind turbine.

The government is beginning to provide more help to homeowners trying to reduce electric bills by turning to making their own power. They are offering tax incentives and special grants to those who are setting up renewable energy sources for their homes.

Once you have started creating renewable sources of energy for your home, whether it’s solar power or wind energy you will find your electric bills come down as you won’t be pulling so much power from the grid. You may find that your renewable energy sources create more power than you need. If this happens you can sell your excess power back to the grid. That’s right the electric company will pay you for your excess energy. So instead of paying outrageous electric bills the electric company will be paying YOU!
